Age Requirement & Parental Consent

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive therapy, coaching, or any other wellness services offered by Happiness Soulutions ME LLC.

If the client is below 18 years of age, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is mandatory prior to the commencement of any session. No therapy or intervention will be initiated without such documented consent.

Medical & Clinical Disclosure

Clients are required to fully disclose any existing medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical conditions, as well as any ongoing medication or treatment, before beginning therapy and coaching sessions with our team.

Failure to disclose relevant medical or clinical information releases Happiness Soulutions ME LLC, its therapists, trainers, and associates from any responsibility for complications, adverse reactions, or outcomes arising during or after therapy/coaching sessions.

Where applicable, clients may be requested to provide relevant medical or clinical reports for assessment purposes. Happiness Soulutions ME LLC reserves the right to:

• Conduct a preliminary behavioral or wellness evaluation
• Decide whether to proceed with, modify, or discontinue services
• Decline services if the case falls outside the scope of holistic or complementary practice

At no point does Happiness Soulutions ME LLC advise clients to stop prescribed medication without consultation with a licensed medical professional.

Nature of Services & Right to Refuse

All services offered by Happiness Soulutions ME LLC are holistic, complementary, and non-medical in nature.

Service fees, formats, and availability may vary based on:
The modality selected
Online or onsite delivery
The nature and complexity of the concern

Therapist expertise and experience

Happiness Soulutions ME LLC reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or withdraw services to any individual, at any time, without obligation to provide justification, in accordance with UAE laws and professional ethics.

International & Online Clients

For international clients from regions including but not limited to UAE, USA, Malaysia, and other Asian countries, the following terms apply:

Sessions are scheduled according to mutually agreed time zones
Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may attract a 50% cancellation charge
Changes or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance

Fee refunds or adjustments are at the sole discretion of Happiness Soulutions ME LLC
Both parties are expected to maintain flexibility, punctuality, and mutual respect regarding time commitments.

Online Sessions & Recording Consent

By opting for online sessions, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
Sessions may be recorded (e.g., via Zoom or similar platforms)

Recordings are maintained strictly for record-keeping, quality assurance, and compliance with international professional norms, particularly applicable to UAE-based clients
Clients who do not wish sessions to be recorded must submit a written request in advance, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

Happiness Soulutions ME LLC shall not be held responsible for outcomes where the client does not follow recommended routines, practices, exercises, or guidance provided during therapy.
Therapeutic outcomes are subjective and depend on mutual participation. Results are based on an approximate shared responsibility between the practitioner and the client.

No guarantees of specific outcomes are made, and Happiness Soulutions ME LLC is not solely responsible for results that are not achieved.

By engaging with the services of Happiness Soulutions ME LLC, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Client Disclaimer.
